PRC 2024 RDAY丨为可持续工作坊赋能

保乐力加中国携手造点共益与REDO，在上海办公室共同打造了一个可持续工作坊，践行了我们2024年的可持续主题——ESG中的治理【G】。通过将3R原则与“以租代购”模式相结合，我们创新了一种全新的可持续工作坊合作形式，解决了活动中大量家具的后续存放与运用难题，并引入高效的活动空间复原方法。

Pernod Ricard China, together with MAKE·A·POINT and REDO, organized a sustainability workshop in our Shanghai office to implement our 2024 sustainability theme - Governance in ESG. By combining the 3R principles with the "rent-to-own" model, we created a new form of sustainable workshop collaboration, solving the problem of storing and utilizing large quantities of furniture at events, and introducing an efficient method of restoring the event space.

而根据Rday的六大工作坊板块，我们分区域各量身定制了不同的空间组合模式，充分发挥模块化设计能够适用于多变场景的特点。

According to Rday's six workshop sections, we have customized different space combinations for each subregion, giving full play to the modular design's ability to adapt to changing scenarios.

“竹”力绿色出行-自行车工作坊：活动本身使用环保材料的内容与我们的设计主旨不谋而合，于是我们根据空间的需求进行组合和调整布局，使其具备较高的灵活性和可扩展性。同时，模块化设计也有利于各种主题间减少建造过程的时间成本。通过标准化的组件和流程，实现快速搭建和拆卸空间。

Green Travel and Eco Bike - Bicycle Workshop: The use of environmentally friendly materials for the event itself coincided with our design brief, so we combined and adjusted the layout according to the needs of the space to make it highly flexible and expandable. At the same time, the modular design also facilitates the reduction of the time cost of the construction process between the various themes. Through standardized components and processes, rapid build-up and dismantling of the space is achieved.

在玻璃-瓶行宇宙区域，利用模块化空间的可变性，打造出具有创意和趣味性的空间体验。可移动或可变形的模块家具能根据不同的空间主题需求进行摆放。

In the Parallel Universes For Glass Bottles area, utilize the mutability of the modular space to create a creative and interesting spatial experience. Design some movable or deformable modular furniture that can be placed according to different spatial theme needs.

环保相关的信息展示，以可爱的标识向大家讲述可持续发展的理念和实践。天然可持续的材料也让参与者亲身接触到可持续理念的实践。空间设计携手未来绿色酒吧，为可持续赋能。

Environmentally related information displays with cute logos tell the concept and practice of sustainability. Natural and sustainable materials also allowed participants to get in touch with the practice of sustainable concepts. Space Design joins hands with Future Green Bar to empower sustainability.

而在这里，我们利用模块化家具创建了一个灵活、多功能且充满活力的空间，促进闲置旧物的交换和再利用。按照不同的物品类别（如衣物、书籍、家居用品等）进行分区布，为参与者提供一个有趣、便捷且可持续的交换场所。

And here, we used modular furniture to create a flexible, multi-functional and vibrant space that promotes the exchange and reuse of old and unused items, partitioning cloth according to different categories of items (e.g., clothing, books, housewares, etc.) to provide participants with a fun, convenient and sustainable place to exchange.

每个区域设计为独立的模块，方便根据不同的工作坊主题和活动进行灵活组合和调整。设计独立的工作模块，每个模块包含工作台、椅子、地毯、植物等。工作模块可以根据需要自由组合，形成不同的工作布局。

Each area is designed as an independent module, which facilitates flexible combination and adjustment according to different workshop themes and activities. Designed as independent work modules, each module contains a workbench, chairs, carpets, plants, etc. Work modules can be freely combined as needed to form different work layouts.

关于可持续展品的回收再造，将他们不同时期的存在形式以实体呈现，使观众更易产生共鸣。我们通过文字、图片、实物等多种形式，将核心理念以看得见摸得着的方式去表达，向观者传递着可持续发展信息，激发他们采取保护环境的行动。

Regarding the recycling of sustainable exhibits, the physical presentation of their different forms of existence in different periods makes it easier for viewers to empathize with them. Through words, pictures, objects and other forms, we express the core concepts in a visible and tangible way, conveying the message of sustainable development to the viewers and inspiring them to take action to protect the environment.
